The Hollydale corridor is Plymouth’s far-northwestern luxury-development pocket. It sits near the County Road 47 and Vicksburg Lane intersection, west of Bass Lake, and stretches to the Maple Grove border on the north and the Medina border on the west. ZIP 55446 covers the corridor. Hollydale itself is best known for Hollydale Golf Course, which anchors the neighborhood and gives the development its name.
Housing in the corridor is custom-builder dominant — names like Hanson Builders, Swanson Homes, Gonyea, and Stonegate run developments here, with starting tiers around $1M and ceilings well above $2M. Many homes sit on larger wooded lots with mature trees and wetland-adjacent parcels. Wayzata High School is roughly five minutes south. Woodland Trails Park and Fairway Greens Park provide local greenspace; French Regional Park is about five miles east.
