About the Bass Lake corridor
The Bass Lake corridor is Plymouth’s northwestern lake-anchored residential belt. It sits north of MN-55 and Rockford Road (County Road 9), west of Northwest Boulevard, and runs up to the Maple Grove border along County Road 47. The corridor wraps around Bass Lake itself — a roughly 70-acre lake with an island, an active improvement association, and tree-covered shoreline that defines much of the local character.
Housing in the corridor mixes 1970s–1990s single-family-detached stock with newer luxury construction at the Hollydale-adjacent edge. ZIPs 55446 and 55442 both cover parts of the corridor, with 55446 dominant west and 55442 dominant east toward Northwest Boulevard. The Three Rivers Park District trail system threads through the area, and Eagle Lake (shared with Maple Grove along the northern edge) adds a second water-anchored sub-pocket.
For junk-removal work, the area’s typical mix is established-stock garage and basement clearouts, downsizing-driven estate cleanouts in the older sections, and renovation-debris pickups in the newer luxury-tier sections near Hollydale. The lake-adjacent homes occasionally need shoreline-access logistics (longer walks from the truck), which we plan for at quote time.
Named landmarks we work near

- Hollydale Golf Course (immediately west)
- Three Rivers Park District trails (regional trail system crossing the corridor)

Bass Lake area — common questions
Do you serve homes right on Bass Lake with limited truck access? Yes. Lake-adjacent homes sometimes need a longer carry from the truck to the door. We size that into the quote on arrival so there are no surprise fees — call us with the address and we can flag access constraints during scheduling.
Are you available in the Hollydale Golf Course neighborhood specifically? Yes. The Hollydale corridor sits right on the western edge of the Bass Lake area; we cover it the same as the rest of NW Plymouth. See our Hollydale neighborhood page for more on that corridor.
